Our Chicken Jalfrezi is made with marinated chicken, cooked with onions, peppers, tomatoes, and green chillies in a bold, spiced sauce. This is a drier-style curry, where the flavour comes from the fry and the balance of spice, not from heavy cream.
Expect heat, texture, and a fresh chilli kick. This is not a mild dish.
Each portion is cooked fresh during our production weekend, chilled, and ready for you to reheat at home.
