Our Chicken Tikka Masala starts with chicken marinated overnight, then grilled for a lightly charred, smoky flavour before being finished in a rich, spiced tomato sauce with cream and balanced sweetness.
This is not a bland, overly sweet version. You get depth from the marinade, flavour from the grill, and a proper curry house finish.
This is a mild to medium dish, ideal if you want flavour without heavy heat.
Each portion is cooked fresh during our production weekend, chilled, and ready for you to reheat at home.
