Our Lamb Rogan Josh is slow-cooked to develop a deep, spiced sauce with warming flavours and a distinctive red colour. This is a balanced, medium curry where the focus is on richness and aroma rather than heavy heat.
Tender lamb is cooked until soft and coated in a sauce that delivers warmth, spice, and a proper curry house finish without being overpowering.
This is a medium spice dish, ideal if you want something fuller and more robust than a tikka masala, without stepping into the heat of a madras.
Each portion is cooked fresh during our production weekend, chilled, and ready for you to reheat at home.
